- You have the time to wait for the right buyer
- The house is in good condition and doesn’t need repairs
- You want the highest gross price on paper, and you’re fine paying commissions, title and escrow fees, and any repairs the buyer asks for out of that number
Talk to us when
- The house needs work you don’t want to pay for or manage
- The timeline matters more than the last few thousand dollars
- There are tenants, contents, liens, or a probate in the middle of it
- You want one number and one person, start to finish
