Places we’d rather be honest about
There are mountain communities we don’t buy in: Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Bear Valley Springs, Frazier Park and Pine Mountain Club among them. The market up there behaves differently enough that we’d be guessing, and guessing with somebody’s house is how people get hurt.
If that’s where your property is, tell us anyway. We’d rather point you to someone who actually knows that market than pretend we do.
